Marleen Newman, AIA was recently appointed to the Indiana University Committee on Historic Preservation by incoming IU President, Pamela Whitten.
The committee is responsible for administration of the Cornelius O’Brien Lecture Series and co-sponsorship (with Indiana Landmarks and the DNR’s Historic Preservation and Archaeology division) of the annual Statewide Preservation Conference.
The committee’s website for the 2021-2022 year will be updated shortly.

The Worlds of John Wick, edited by Steve Watt and Caitlin Watt, is forthcoming from Indiana University Press in May 2022.
Andrew Battaglia, my brilliant co-author, and I have written a well-received chapter entitled: Classical Orders, Modernist Revisions, Fantastical Expansions: Reading the Architecture of the John Wick Franchise.
