ARTS TOWER

The Toronto Arts Tower is a 39 story mixed used building which included:  first floor retail and parking, followed by market rate office spaces, practice spaces and below market rate apartments in support of the city's wide array of arts community, followed by market rate condominiums at the upper levels.

The project was with Moshe Safdie and Associates.
